This is just a quick update following on from last night’s message from our Prime Minister.

There appears to be a lot of confusion over what it all means, it seems to me our PM is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn’t.

We are pleased that there is a slight relaxing of the current measures, it will be good to get out twice a day from Wednesday. However, we are still in lockdown. If you can return to work and ensure that you maintain social distancing then you are encouraged to so. However, if you can’t ensure 2M, then you should remain in furlough.

I can only ask staff to return to work if I can ensure social distancing, which I cannot do. Therefore the offices will remain closed for client meetings until further notice.

As per my previous communications, we are leaving the porch open for you to deliver books, records or documents. It is working very well so far, we ask that you let me know when you are delivering anything so that we are aware it’s arriving. You can also e-mail spreadsheets and/or scanned documents for our attention.

Kind regards

Steve
